Simply put, a logo is more than just a design; it’s a story. The Emmanuel Lutheran Global Seminary logo embodies our Lutheran mission to educate and empower faith leaders worldwide. Elements and colors are drawn from Martin Luther's Rose.
The golden ring communicates the eternal bliss of heaven and the preciousness of God's love and promise of Salvation. The blackness of the cross reflects our pain and sin, surrounded by the red heart reminding us that the righteous live by Faith in Christ. The sky-blue field reflects heavenly joy.
The initials of ELGS intentionally represent the dove of peace, God's Word within the Bible, an oil lamp and the Light of Christ.
The included colors are also significant: The red flame signifies the Holy Spirit and spiritual growth, the blue and green arcs represent progress and community, and the gold conveys excellence and tradition.
When someone sees this logo, they are reminded of our reminded of our Lutheran commitment to faith, service, and education both on a local and global scale.

The message of our logo for Emmanuel Lutheran Global Seminary is“Boundless: God Beyond Measure.” It reflects the limitless love and power of God, inviting all to experience His grace in its fullness. The accompanying Scripture, Ephesians 3:14-21 (CEV), beautifully emphasizes this truth:
