My Story

Howard is called to share his experience, expertise, and hard-learned wisdom in leadership, team building, individual intelligence, innovation, and enterprise management as he participates in equipping our seminarians and doctoral candidates. 

Howard's background as a former Certified Public Accountant, COO of the national operations of a "Big Four" auditing/consulting firm in Central Europe, and faculty member of the Johnson School of Business at Hodges University, combined with his MBA from Columbia University's School of Business provides a plethora of opportunities for real-world examples and teachable stories. 

Howard recognizes that "All is a Gift" and that the sharing of our Gifts is core to our Being and our Thriving. Through his teaching and leading, Howard models the theological perspective that everything we have, including life, relationships, talents, material possessions, and challenges, are Gifts from God and are to be stewarded and shared. Graduates generally agree that Howard is tremendously generous with his time, wisdom, and sincerity. 

He welcomes and nurtures all students, with all of their strengths and weaknesses, to be the best they can be and be open to new opportunities for learning and growth.
